McGlannan School offers a Sixth Period Option (SPO) for the students in our lower school (Grades 1st-5th). SPO offers an enrichment program with activities such as arts and crafts, dance, and homework club. This program requires an additional fee and has a limited number of students.
The homework at McGlannan School is meant to be purposeful and to provide reinforcement of previously learned skills. Our goal is for students to complete homework without parental support in order to foster student independence. The homework load is light allowing students to pursue other interests after school.
A dress code emphasizes academics and promotes good behavior.
